"Discipline is the bridge between national energy and accomplishment."
Community Ambassadors for Developmental & Engagement Techniques Initiative (CADETI) is a youth-focused organisation committed to building and securing the hope of youths in society through leadership development, community service, security support, national unity and responsible civic engagement.
Through its structured command system, training programmes and specialised operational units, CADETI provides young people with opportunities to develop discipline, leadership capacity, teamwork, service-mindedness and a strong sense of responsibility to their communities.
Our work extends beyond training. CADETI seeks to encourage young people to become active contributors to community development, prepared to support community-oriented initiatives, respond responsibly to societal challenges and promote unity and peaceful coexistence.
From leadership and capacity development to community service, security support, emergency-response readiness, entrepreneurship and specialised cadet activities, CADETI brings together development, engagement and service within a structured institutional framework.
Our purpose is clear: to build and secure the hope of youths in the society.
